Español [ ES ]Fundada en 1960, la bodega Colterenzio es una de las cooperativas más jóvenes del Tirol del Sur. Los 28 enólogos fundadores en 1960 abandonaron la histórica Cantina di Cornaiano para fundar su propia bodega social. Enólogos, que pueden llamarse rebeldes, pero al mismo tiempo pioneros, porque después de la fundación de su bodega sentaron las bases para una viticultura de calidad.
Hoy, los 300 enólogos asociados con el equipo de Colterenzio siguen estrictamente este camino en función de la calidad. Los miembros cultivan uvas en 300 hectáreas de viñedos. Los viñedos se encuentran en la mejor zona vinícola del Tirol del Sur, entre 230 y 650 metros. Están creciendo 12 variedades diferentes de uva. El 35% de los vinos producidos a partir de esta preciosa uva son tintos, el 65% restante son blancos. La bodega también está muy atenta al medio ambiente: la viticultura está integrada, la recolección se realiza a mano. Gran parte de la energía utilizada en la bodega es producida por un sistema fotovoltaico, el 100% de la electricidad utilizada está certificada "verde". El 70% de la energía térmica es producida por paneles solares y la técnica de recuperación de calor.
