El comienzo y los vinos.

Los vinos de Bisson nacieron en los primeros días de 1978 cuando Pierluigi Lugano, maestro de arte y conocido sumiller, consciente del potencial que intuía estaba escondido en los duros vinos de los agricultores de Liguria, decidió intentar la "aventura" de dar valor a las uvas de la Riviera de Liguria. Comenzamos a comprar pequeños lotes de uvas a los agricultores de la zona y a vinificarlas en nuestra propia bodega, usando modernas técnicas de vinificación. Los excelentes resultados obtenidos han permitido "revivir" aquellos vinos autóctonos de Liguria que prácticamente habían desaparecido, como "Bianchetta Genovese" y "Ciliegiolo" y crear nuevas ideas como "Musaico", un vino tinto de marcada personalidad. Después de unos años de vinificación de las uvas compradas, conscientes del hecho de que el vino nació "en el viñedo", se decidió plantar viñedos propios, para lograr el control total del proceso de calidad de sus vinos. El cultivo con "limitación estricta de pesticidas" es el último desafío que se está persiguiendo, con extrema convicción, en sus viñedos para garantizar la calidad y la autenticidad.
