El primer asentamiento de Luna fue fundado por los romanos en 177 antes de Cristo. La producción de vino de Lvnae Bosoni se basa en la historia antigua de esta tierra y sus pueblos, los etruscos, griegos y romanos, de quines ha heredado una gran tradición vitivinícola.
