Español [ ES ]Comando G es una bodega de Ávila que no solo nos sorprende con sus excelentes vinos, sino con los 100 puntos Parker que ha logrado obtener. Todo comenzó en el año 2005 cuando tres jóvenes de familias con tradición enológica de la la Sierra de Gredos, Madrid, se conocieron cuando estaban en la universidad. Marc Isart, De Bodegas Bernabeleva; Fernando García, de Bodegas Marañones; y Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi, de Bodegas Jiménez-Landi, compartían una pasión por la uva garnacha y decidieron unirse para aprovechar ese amor y su experiencia en los vinos. Al conocer la zona sabían exactamente qué viñedos buscar y tres años después de haberse conocido adquirían algunos viñedos olvidados de uva garnacha en los pueblos de Rozas del Puerto Real y Cadalso de los Vidrios. Decidieron que la bodega se llamaría Comando G por una serie de dibujos animados que trataba de cinco jóvenes que defendían la Tierra del espacio exterior. Por si este recuerdo de la infancia no fuera suficiente, la G hacía referencia a Gredos y garnacha, su amada uva. Siguiendo la línea del nombre de la bodega, los amigos estrenaron la empresa con La Bruja Avería, otro programa para niños, con la cosecha de 2009.
Sus 3 hectáreas de viejas garnachas se reparten entre los pueblos de Cadalso de los Vidrios y Rozas de Puerto Real, cercanos a la Sierra de Gredos, sobre suelo granítico y a una altitud de entre 900 y 1.000 metros, unos viñedos de gran altitud que trabajan según los parámetros de la biodinámica, buscando entender la naturaleza, consiguiendo maduraciones equilibradas para elaborar vinos frescos y elegantes.
