Variedades.

Barbará Forés, cuyos orígenes se remontan a 1889, ha alcanzado en los últimos años justo prestigio por sus vinos blancos y rosados. En Celler Bàrbara Forés cultivan cerca de 16 hectáreas de viña. Las variedades tintas de cabernet sauvignon y syrah, para los vinos de crianza y para los rosados, están implantadas en la Coma d'en Pou, mientras que en la Sénia de Tomaset se cultivan garnacha blanca y tinta, macabeo, cariñena y cabernet sauvignon para los vinos jóvenes y también para el rosado. Por último, en la Cometa y en el Grau, con viñas de más de 40 años, se cultiva la garnacha blanca, variedad destinada a los vinos blancos de crianza y de reserva. Uno de sus mejores vinos es el Bàrbara Forés Blanco. De notable fuerza y personalidad, este blanco ofrece, en nariz, finas notas herbáceas y vegetales (hinojo, caldo de apio), exaltadas por un toque de menta. Es un vino cálido, sabroso, con presencia aromática de los hollejos de la uva y enriquecido por levaduras de buena fermentación.
