En su búsqueda de la excelencia, combinan un profundo respeto por los fundamentos de la vinificación con toques de modernidad y audacia. Henri Boillot es el fundador decidido y apasionado del dominio, que dirige firmemente a los más altos estándares. Su enfoque actual está dedicado a sus vinos blancos precisos y elegantes.
