Agustí Torelló es un nombre ligado al éxito en la elaboración de cavas. Enólogo de formación, elabora en el Penedès vinos espumosos siguiendo el método tradicional desde 1954. De viñedos de su propiedad y de viticultores artesanos, seleccionan las mejores subzonas del Penedés que dentro del clima mediterráneo les confiere características singulares y personalidad propia, para cada una de las variedades autóctonas de la Macabeo, Xarel·lo y Parellada.
