Desde el siglo XIX, la familia Bellei manejaba los viñedos Lambrusco. Al principio, creciendo y especializándose en la producción de vinagres envejecidos y de alta densidad, comienza a destacarse en el territorio italiano, y luego también en el extranjero. La producción de Acetaia Bellei se centra en el respeto del producto en sus valores tradicionales y su desarrollo se controla constantemente para garantizar un rigor absoluto en la selección de materias primas, procesos de producción sostenibles y justos y transparencia hacia los clientes.
