Tradición familiar.

Originariamente, el Castillo de Monjardín fue de mucha importancia para el Reino de Navarra en el siglo XII bajo el reinado de Sancho Garcés, hoy en día pasan miles de peregrinos haciendo el Camino de Santiago. Sus vinos están caracterizados por su proximidad y cercanía histórica-cultural con Francia, que aportan la tradición de la elaboración de variedades como Garnachas y Pinot Noir. Durante los últimos 30 años, han sido otorgadas con más de 100 medallas internacionales e importantes publicaciones. Sus fincas se encuentran orientadas al sol, a unos 600 metros de altitud, aireadas por el viento del "Cierzo". Los viñedos familiares son un total de 220 Ha de unas edades de 15, 25 y 70 años. Lo que más caracteriza a esta bodega es el microclima que se encuentra en sus viñedos. Las 220 hectáreas de viñedo con cepas comprendidas entre los 15 y 70 años de antigüedad, que se encuentran a unos 700 metros de altitud, son aireadas con el “Cierzo”, un viento fuerte y frío característico de algunas zonas de Navarra y de Aragón. Estas condiciones, sumadas a la tradición familiar de la bodega, hacen que Castillo de Monjardín elabore vinos singulares, estructurados, de intensos aromas y llenos de elegancia. Siendo el objetivo de la marca conseguir vinos de alta calidad, que que complementan la cocina Mediterránea y representan la tierra de nuestras viñas, siendo así Castillo de Monjardín una de las marcas más reconocidas de España.
