Henri Boillot es el fundador decidido y apasionado del dominio, que dirige firmemente a los más altos estándares. Su enfoque actual está dedicado a sus vinos blancos precisos y elegantes. Después de ascender por los escalones hasta convertirse en jefe de viticultura, Guillaume ahora está a cargo de los vinos tintos en el dominio.
