Desde la adquisición de su primer viñedo en 1901 en Castiglione Falletto, la familia Parusso ha recorrido todos estos años un largo camino a la excelencia. Parusso Gaspare, bisabuelo de Marco, el director actual de la bodega, compró entonces el Mariondino, un viñedo que se caracteriza por beneficiarse de los últimos rayos de sol. Con el tiempo las hectáreas se multiplicaron pero el espíritu del bisabuelo Gaspare ha permanecido intacto: Duro trabajo en el campo y una vinificación de raíces tradicionales pero no exenta de técnicas más modernas. Así, a la opulencia de su Mariondino, se unieron la sutil elegancia de Bussia y Le Coste di Monforte. Las uvas se conservan algunos días antes de su prensado y vinificación. A partir de entonces, las instalaciones de la bodega sólo hacen que interpretar el fruto de una viticultura cada vez más integrada en el territorio y más respetuosa con él. En la actualidad Parusso se va dirigiendo a una agricultura biodinámica.
