La tradición.

Hemos estado cultivando viñedos en las colinas de Roero desde 1670, y trabajamos para interpretar el potencial de este rincón de Piamonte, dedicando nuestros vinos a prestigiosas variedades de uvas nativas, mejorando la identidad de cada uno. La pasión que alimenta nuestro trabajo y la relación de amor y respeto que nos vincula tan estrechamente al área están profundamente arraigadas en el pasado. Nuestra familia lleva años trabajanado estas fincas, orgullosa de sus raíces y del hecho de que tiene la custodia de una herencia preciosa, de conocimiento y tradiciones. Un documentos registral de tierras, encontrado en los archivos del municipio de Monteu Roero, ofrece una evidencia de los más de tres siglos de historia que nos unen a estas tierras. Este documento dice que, en 1670, Giovanni Dominico Negro, hijo de Audino, era dueño, en la misma área que ahora alberga la finca Perdaudin con sus prestigiosos viñedos, de una casa con horno, patio, bodega y viñas.
