El comienzo.

En una comarca de tierras quebradas y difíciles, arropada por la temerosa belleza y altivez del macizo del Montsant, nace en Agosto de 1998 en la bonita población de Cornudella de Montsant (Tarragona) Cellers Baronia del Montsant. Fruto de una joven iniciativa y con una clara filosofía de elaborar vinos diferentes, exclusivos y destinados a aquellos paladares más cultos e ilustrados, se elaboran los vinos Clos d'englora amparados por la Denominación de Origen Montsant. La bodega Baronia del Montsant, fundada en 1998, es fruto de un proyecto en común de tres jóvenes especialistas y amantes del mundo del vino. La producción anual ronda las 150.000 botellas y actualmente cuenta con 7 ha de viña propia plantadas de variedades autóctonas y de otra procedencias.

Baronia del Montsant, ofrece la posibilidad de hacer un pequeño tour guiado por nuestros viñedos y bodega. El tour comentado por nuestros guías empieza por la visita a varias viñas, propiedad de Baronia del Montsant. En una segunda parte, se accede a la bodega dando una explicación de nuestros procesos de elaboración y finalizando con una cata comentada de varios de nuestros elaborados. También ofrecemos la cata de uno de nuestros cupages directamente de barrica, haciendo obsequio de las copas. Se trata de una experiencia única que permitirá al visitante adentrarse un poco más en el complejo mundo de la viticultura y técnicas de elaboración de nuestros vinos. Incluye:
