Fundada en 1715 Quinta Do Noval es una de las grandes casas productoras de oportos, con una peculiaridad: Instalaciones y viñedos se encuentran en una misma propiedad, al estilo de los châteaux. Una finca con una ubicación privilegiada en el valle del Pinhâo, Cima Corgo, en el corazón del Valle del Duero. Sus viñedos están clasificados con la letra A, que es la máxima categoría, y están cultivados con las castas nobles del Douro: Touriga nacional, tinta roriz, touriga franca, tinto cão, tinta barroca, tinta francisca, sousão.
