Hace un par de años se dio a conocer la nueva bodega, completamente subterránea, lo que garantiza la máxima funcionalidad. Nuestra gran ventaja es la capacidad de cultivar en tres terruños distintos, Rosazzo, Butterwick y Bernarda Rocca. Los vinos siempre están separados inicialmente también para la realización de encuestas estadísticas útiles para una mejor apreciación de cada área específica y la variedad de uva. Sólo después de analizar la añada realizamos la mezcla.
