Tradición familiar.

Hace más de siete generaciones que la familia Bolet se dedica al cultivo de la vid y la elaboración del vino. El año 1890 Josep Bolet Martí hizo frente a la plaga de la filoxera replantando todas las viñas de su propiedad con pies americanos e injertándolos posteriormente con las variedades tintas y blancas propias de la comarca. Con el paso de los años, junto con su hijo Jaume Bolet Galofré se llevaron a cabo nuevas plantaciones de viñedos hasta llegar a las 66 Hectáreas que se cultivan hoy en día. Las propiedades, todas ellas ubicadas en diferentes zonas y altitudes del municipio de Castellví de la Marca (Penedés), corresponden a las fincas de Can Planes d'en Perull, Las Conilleres y Mas Lluet. En los años setenta, Antoni Bolet Pascual procedió a la modernización de la bodega instalando máquinas y depósitos nuevos todos ellos en acero inoxidable. En 1982 se inició el embotellado de vinos y cavas de cosecha propia con la marca Bolet.

Sus viñedos.

Estamos situados en el centro de la comarca del Penedès. Los viñedos se encuentran en las fincas: Mas Lluet, Can Planes d'en Perull y Las Conilleres, todas ellas en Castellví de la Marca, en diferentes zonas y altitudes del municipio. Nuestras 66 Hectáreas de viñedo,están cultivadas mediante el sistema de agricultura ecológica, controlado por el CCPAE, organismo oficial de la producción agraria ecológica en Cataluña. De la selección de nuestras mejores viñas, obtenemos el mosto flor que es el primer escurrido de la uva, llamado también "primeras". Únicamente con esta materia prima se elaboran nuestros selectos vinos y cavas, resultado del trabajo llevado a cabo a lo largo de todo el año con la dedicación y ternura de toda la familia. En nuestros viñedos se cultivan las siguientes variedades:
- Uva blanca.
Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada, Chardonnay, Muscat de Alejandría, Muscat de Frontignac, Sauvignon Blanc y Gerwürztraminer. Con estas variedades elaboramos los vinos blancos y nuestros cavas de crianza.
- Uva tinta.
Tempranillo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon y Pinot Noir. Con estas variedades elaboramos nuestros vinos rosados, tintos jóvenes y de crianza.
La bodega de elaboración y la planta de embotellado están integradas en nuestra masía catalana. Se pueden visitar las cavas siempre que lo deseen, preferentemente con reserva anticipada especialmente cuando se trate de los fines de semana o festivos y/o de grupos numerosos.

La agricultura ecológica.

La producción agraria ecológica, denominada también biológica y orgánica es un sistema de producción y elaboración de productos agrarios. El objetivo es la obtención de alimentos de máxima calidad respetando el medio ambiente y sin utilizar productos químicos de síntesis como por ejemplo hormonas, medicamentos, abonos químicos, plaguicidas. La producción agraria ecológica está regulada por una normativa europea, Reglamento CEE 2092/91, que establece las normas de producción, etiquetado y sistema de control de estos productos. Este control, en el caso de Cataluña, lo lleva a cabo el Consejo Catalán de la Producción Agraria Ecológica, organismo único de control y certificación de todos los productos alimenticios de origen animal y vegetal, transformados o no, obtenidos en Cataluña.
