Los 3 hermanos y un proyecto.
Cada uno de nosotros provenimos de diferentes ámbitos profesionales. Nos hemos unido para compartir esfuerzos y conocimiento y, de este modo, poder materializar este sueño que ya empezó nuestro padre y que hoy se hace realidad en Cava Berdié, nuestra bodega de El Penedès.
- Robert Jovani.
Proviene del mundo comercial y del marketing, es el Director Comercial de la Bodega, su trabajo es complejo y duro, en él recae la presión constante de lanzar la Bodega adelante y dar a conocer los Cavas Berdié al mundo. Él es quien enamora a nuestros clientes antes de que pueda hacerlo nuestro Cava Berdié.
- Montsa Jovani.
Su procedencia es el mundo de la hostelería, enamorada del buen vino y de la buena comida, es la sumiller de la Bodega, encargada de toda la división enoturística, es quien transmite la pasión que tenemos por este mundo a todos los que vienen a visitarnos a la Bodega.
- Sergi Jovani.
Su mundo es el multimedia, el diseño y las nuevas tecnologías, actualmente es la persona más versátil en la bodega ya que tanto nos diseña las magnificas etiquetas de nuestros Cavas Berdié, cómo hace la contabilidad, repara la maquinaría o cocina las fantásticas paellas del club enogastronómico. Toda una personalidad multifunción, esencial en la bodega.
Los viñedos.
Cava Berdié está situada en un marco incomparable, sobre un mar de viñas en El Penedès. Tenemos la gran suerte de que la vida ha puesto en nuestro camino esta bodega y esta tierra que pisamos, que da el fruto para crear nuestros cavas Berdié. Y es aquí, en este terruño, que crecen y maduran las viñas de nuestra casa, todas ellas variedades tradicionales de El Penedès, hasta conseguir su punto óptimo de maduración. Cada vez que olemos y saboreamos una copa de Cava Berdié, encontramos los aromas de un paisaje, las hierbas aromáticas de nuestro bosque, la influencia del mar Mediterráneo y los rayos de sol que han envuelto y mimado cada uno de los granos de nuestras uvas. También encontramos el amor y el esfuerzo de una familia que día a día hace de su vocación un arte y otra manera de ver el mundo.

La pequeña historia.
- 2007. Después de ayudar a nuestro padre en su proyecto en las campañas de Navidad, los tres hermanos decidimos apostar por la bodega y dejamos nuestros trabajos para estar al 100% en el proyecto.
- 2008. Después de un año trabajando con dos productos, decidimos aumentar los tipos de producto y apostamos por un cambio de imagen más joven y fresco.
- 2009. Iniciamos un proyecto solidario, conjuntamente con la FCVS para poder donar a 5 ONG un porcentage de nuestras ventas.
- Año 2010. Invertimos en un espacio de enoturismo en nuestra bodega, Donde realizamos una terraza con vistas a un mar de viñas.
- Año 2011. Lanzamos al mercado el Berdié Amor, un cava dedicado a nuestro padre Robert Jovani Mor, por su 70 aniversario.
- 2012. Cambio de imagen.
- 2013. Lanzamiento primer vino Tranquilo.
- 2014. Puntuación de Robert Parker.
- 2015. Apertura tienda en Barcelona.
- 2016. Lanzamiento de Berdié Amar.
- 2017. Cumplimos 10 años.
