Agustí Torelló es un nombre ligado al éxito en la elaboración de cavas. Enólogo de formación, elabora en el Penedès vinos espumosos siguiendo el método tradicional desde 1954. En Agustí Torelló Mata tienen un solo objetivo: elaborar el cava en su máxima expresión. Sus cavas son creaciones que salen del trabajo, la ilusión y la pasión de toda una familia. De viñedos de su propiedad y de viticultores artesanos, seleccionan las mejores subzonas del Penedés que dentro del clima mediterráneo les confiere características singulares y personalidad propia, para cada una de las variedades autóctonas de la Macabeo, Xarel·lo y Parellada. Invierten en viticultura y en mejorar nuestras bodegas e instalaciones para asegurar la calidad.
