Los orígenes.
El Celler Cooperatiu d'Espolla es una de las empresas vinícolas con una de las tradiciones más dilatadas de la comarca de l'Alt Empordà, en el noreste de Catalunya. Fue fundado en el año 1931 por un grupo de viticultores que deseaban mejorar la calidad de sus productos y comercializarlos debidamente. Un espíritu de superación contante ha permitido que esta bodega, a lo largo de sus años de existencia, haga compatible el mantenimiento de un espíritu tradicional en las labores de la viña y en la elaboración del vino y la incorporación progresiva de las mejoras tecnológicas más avanzadas.
