Desde 1974 ciertos vinos de Vietti han sido vestidos con diseños especiales como litografías, serigrafías, xilografías, etc., inspirados en el vino de cada añada. Se imprimen tantas como vinos embotellados, y las primeras 100 botellas son firmadas por el artista. Cada trabajo sólo se usa 1 vez, sólo para esa añada. Desde la presentación del Barolo Villero en 1988, las etiquetas del artista han sido dedicadas exclusivamente a los vinos que crecen en este gran viñedo. Durante cuatro generaciones, se han estado produciendo vinos de Vietti en Castiglione Falletto, un pequeño pueblo medieval situado en la zona de Barolo. Esta bodega tiene las directrices de realizar una producción cada vez más encaminada a la alta calidad y el posicionarse como una de las mejores empresas de las Langhe.
